Insane on Ghost, I tried jumping in the past and always fell off. Skyhook's great and CT I think this route was shown already but you def. got the best time.

To do this (for the first 2), use the screenshot glitch, and while the screenshot is being made, click restart.
This will start the moving platforms at the moment u start the screenshot glitch.

Just one thing, I don't know whether this is allowed, and I'm quite sure that it isn't for World Records on Marble Blast Gold, since i can't find a way to use this when recording a .rec.

Yeah, they did.

I've got a 4.90 on Platform Training (Marble Blast Gold) recorded with Fraps, but I just saw Xelna beat it ;) and I don't feel like camping the level much more. So maybe he can record it?

I honestly think the Ctrl+P trick should be removed from MBP 1.50 because it just breaks the game so bad it's not even fun. Now with the moving platforms pattern being messed up + having to restart, it makes it even less fun.

Rather simple to do... just removing ability to use screenshots. Could easily be extended to specify on mbp/g levels in leaderboards only too.

Is the screenshot glitch (now along with the restart MP glitch) the only "real" glitch being used for records? If so, you could qualify the next SDA update to include "Individual Levels (No Glitches)" and then "Individual Levels (Glitches)".

That way we have no disputes if someone comes up with some extreme mega super glitch in the future that can be used on like half the levels.

A glitches (LargeSkips) would include traplaunches. Then you could make a third category for real-time rather than in-game timer (TTs).

Also there is an extreme mega super glitch in existence in the game (breaks ALL levels), but thankfully today's computers are too modern to execute it ;) It might be possible though, but I won't bother to test it.

Traplaunches only use the physics of the game. It's natural to have the marble launched at such a force when the platforms are coded to be 100% solid, the marble is 100% solid, and the movement mechanism has infinite power. In the world that GG created, traplaunching is a natural outcome. It's not violating the marble laws.

The screenshot glitches on the other hand are direct violations of the marble laws. You're inserting new forces that are not natural to the world, or overwriting landform coordinates unnaturally.

As for elapsed time versus TT time, that's not necessary unless people really want to. First, there's no official time record for if a TT happens to be in the way, and second, TT's are so integral to the game's strategy and flow that to complain about maxing out levels by TT is a moot point: it's part of the game's essence.
