lock [BUG] Expert time warning plays too early

I enabled the "Expert Time Warning" in Fubar's interface settings. Fubar had stated that I had failed to achieve the Expert Time on a level, however, I did achieve the expert time, after the notice

Yeah, the scheduler is off by a couple milliseconds. I'm looking into it and I'll have a hotfix for it within a few days.

I believe you get the "You failed to achieve the Expert Time" (or whatever it says) shows up one second before the actual Expert Time.

Spot on, Rozi. The scheduler is indeed off by 1000 ms. I'll be releasing a hotfix for this tomorrow most likely.
