MBP don't install on Windows 7

I'm back
anyway I formatted my PC days ago, changing Windows XP to Windows 7 Home Premiun and I have some problems:

I installed MBP minutes ago and all runs well in the instalation wizard, but when it finish I only see the Desktop Shorcut without the MBP logo, and MBP isn't there.

Other thing...I have MBP 1.14 downloaded from Phil'sempire page
What can I do? I can't play MBP in my computer

Why do I have to keep telling everyone to freaking RIGHT CLICK ON THE INSTALLER AND PRESS RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR. You'd expect them to read

Probably needs to update PhilsEmpire site to mention that.

That should be another thing that you have to read before posting.

Are you aware that installing MBP on Windows 7 requires you to run it as admin? ...
