file Ultimate Time but only awarded Platinum Time

Basically I played the level Gunnery Practice and finished in a time of 34.71, beating the UT (45.00), but the game only awarded me a Platinum Time. Not sure what went wrong. Higuy please fix this. :P

Yep this is an issue, should be resolved in the next version.
