Please go to
Edit by Matan for public access: NO showing our FTP
in order to download the base.marble.png file which is your new marble texture.

Jase should be creating the community MBP Marble Texture which is available for everyone.

Hmm... I just tested it... and although the texture appears, the P is gone, it's not black anymore. It's a P shaped hole in the texture, you can see down to the enviro_map.

Oh, and I just went down to the bottom menu, selected Add Property, and in the Other section it had a Convert to Alpha button.

It's on the ftp if you want to see it.

Allright, it's some problem with Macs. Itt works on windows, but not on macs. (Piss off, Matan. )

Anyway, Jase sent Phil the texture, and Phil is going to re-make it on his Mac and see if it works.

If that fails, I'll be making a working all-new texture.

I was thinking the same thing

Anyway if you're going to re-make it, Ian, could you please do it like Jase did? Platinum color with a big P in a circle in the middle. I got the idea from GarageGame's marble so I thought it would be great.

Otherwise if you ain't gonna do it, then don't make the texture at all.

Well, Phils going to try and re-make it on his mac. If that fails, I think we have no other choice then for me to do it, since I we need one that actually works. It will not be like the marble we have now, it will just be a swirly pattern - type - thing. So let's just wait for Phil.

Agreed, Whatever he did must be fixed. Because of this glich I think we should get a Mac tester to test every aspect of MBP just to make sure it works. Also when we are done arewe putting it on Phil's Empire?

Doesn't work here...
I can put an alpha on it

BTW RM, are you able to code the game so multiple marble skins are available? That'd be pretty cool
Anyway, let's try and make it look like water or a firey marble. Here's what I mean:
Edit by Matan for public access: NO showing our FTP
Test it out!
You'll also need the enviro_map.jpg (put it in marble/data/skies)

EDIT: Odd, it seems my images won't work But they are downloadable

With the demo, perhaps we should make the community build up excitement for the final release?
