I've been thinking a bit and in a week time we can switch back to the old password (GMD) as no one else seems to be linking that with Tech Geek. GMD is rather secure, we just need to make sure no one knows of it (or that we changed it back) and then everyone will look for a new password... just not GMD.

I don't know. I think I'd like it better if the password remains as it is now, rather than going back to the old one. To me, it would be more secure to have a different password than to risk using the old one again. I'm just afraid other people will try to use the same password and if it goes back to it again...well, you can imagine. I don't want to risk our secrets reaching the public until MBP is released. So could you PLEASE not change the password back?

Just my thoughts.

Yeah who knows if tech geek emails it to someone here who would try it and give him everything. THen almost everyone would have MBP. I think it is safer to keep the new one or make a new user group so noone can get in.

Hmmm, usergroups is a good idea, but it has flaws:

On a certain forum, it is either everyone, registered members or staff only. This forum is registered members.

On a certain category, it is either everyone, or a certain usergroup(s). Only those ticked in the usergroups can see the category, its forums and sub-forums. This is the case with The Council.
However, say I want all of us, then the categories are:
MBP Staff Member (this is your rank instead of 'Supreme Marbler')
MBG Graphics Admins (jase)
Council Member
Vice-Pres
Administrator

So really it's possible. What do you guys think?

Yeah I don't think we should change the password back. It is fine as it is now.
