When you have a negative download speed (and 800 ping connecting to a server, but thats another story.)
(Yes this happened to me. twice. -0.6kB/s no less.)
I undownloaded. That isn't even a word. But it happened.

inb4 moving to US.

(Side note: new WR! 'If your download speed is below 5kB/s, you might as well go as low as possible' - well that happened alright Frostfire. :P)

(Another side note: time to lag like hell in every multiplayer game! Yay! I love ping handicaps!)

I feel like that issue would be caused more by having a slow computer rather than slow internet.

But anyway, speaking of slow internet, I just came home from college today for Spring Break. And my home connection is 4x slower than the one I have at school. :(

At one point I got ~ -30000ms ping. I have no idea how it happened.

... When someone dares to watch/download a video, and instantly your ping shoots to 2000ms.
