Hello there!

Greetings!

I just recently found out about this website, thanks to an awesome speedrun I saw by Norferzlo during the 2015 AGDQ... I don't know how I never thought to check for a community about this excellent game series, I have no excuse, but I'm here now.
My friends and I started playing Marble Blast Ultra for the Xbox 360 many years ago, and we were blown away by the incredible physics engine and the graphics are still a thing of beauty. We always challenged each other's times and we still start it up from time to time. But now that we've found out about this place, we'll hopefully get back into it full swing.
Through some drunken mishaps we discovered a lot of cool tricks and tech on a majority of the levels, such as platform clipping or 'trap launching'. That changed a lot of levels. It is unfortunately random as to what direction and how fast/slow you'll go, but it's so much fun to try.

So... Where should we start? I'm very excited to get back into this series, and I saw that there are quite a few different versions floating around out there. I'd like to try them all, but I'm unsure as to where to begin.

Glad to hear you found us, we sure have a lot of neat stuff that you may have missed. If you haven't already, you should start by downloading and playing Marble Blast Gold, the original. As it was the precursor to MBU, it doesn't have most of the beautiful graphics, but the gameplay is rock solid and it's quite fun. As well, you should try Marble Blast Platinum, which has 120 additional levels on top of MBG, as well as online leaderboards and multiplayer support. You can stop by online and chat with our community about stuff. We currently don't publish any versions of MBU on this site (but you can find them pretty easily on Google if you know what to look for).

Hey hey! Welcome aboard and please enjoy your stay. To extend on what HiGuy said, you can also get other mods for MBG on this site. If you want to play with a controller on MBG/P, I highly recommender either Xpadder or Joy2Key, which will bind the controller keys to they keyboard. With MBP having lots of keys, though...

Thanks for all the welcomes guys, I look forward to checking out all kinds of levels and defnitely looking to leave my mark on some fast times. I used to be pretty good at MBU, so we'll see what I remember.
