It's now that I discovered that some of the reverse-engineering to the Super STOP has worked.
On the level "Gyropilot", which is Intermediate Level 23, I was testing mechanics out, when I noticed this:
If the player has a Gyrocopter active and you pick up a Super STOP while airborne, the Gyrocopter disappears earlier than usual. This is intentional for a speedrunning mechanic, and is also crucial for the STOP Time in this certain course.
I'll be posting an example of the course, [strike]and I might just speed-run it for you guys to give you some free money. [/strike]
I'm going to not speed-run it for now. Figure it out yourselves when the game comes out, or if y'all are lucky, I'll do a run a week after the game releases or so.
Note in the video: There's no audio since I recorded this in a classroom setting and didn't want background noise. Too lazy to throw in music.
