Hey everyone!

I am pleased to announce the 2015 Winterfest Event is finally here! Simply run the Marble Blast Launcher client to install the update and join in on the festivities today! For the veterans who participated in last year's festivities, here's a whole list of reasons to partake in this year's updated event:

  • A Brand new Shader engine! Shiny surfaces!
  • Two brand new Winterfest levels to test your skills on!
  • Over 20 unique achievements to unlock!
  • Over 10 unique, festive titles to obtain!
  • Several new flair icons to attain!
  • Daily advent calendar rewards, including unique daily banner unlocks!
  • A fine-tuned Snowball-only game mode!
  • ..and more!

In addition, the system requirements have been slightly modified to ensure optimal performance with the new Shader engine. Older system models/hardware may work, but are not officially supported. Please ensure your graphics drivers are up to date! The list of minimum requirements are listed below:

  • Windows XP SP2+ / Mac OSX 10.6.8+
  • Intel Core2Duo, Core2Quad, Core i3, Core i5, Core i7 CPU @ 2.00ghz or better
  • 2GB of ram
  • NVidia: GeForce 8000 series or better
  • ATI/AMD: ATI Radeon HD 2000 series or better
  • Intel: Intel HD Graphics, Intel Iris Graphics or better

The Winterfest Event will be live from December 11th, 2015 and run until January 10th, 2016, so you'll have plenty of time to give everything a try! Grab your friends, or make some new ones, and we'll see you on the icy slopes of Spires!
