Platinum reached its EoL when PlatinumQuest released seven years ago, but the latter is regarded as MBP 2.0 anyway.
The Games tab at the top of the site has the download you're looking for. One of the other community members, A-Game, made a GUI mod that reskins PlatinumQuest to look like MBP 1.7.42.
So, as StewMan said, short answer is no. The MBP leaderboards are down and they're not coming back, but that's because they've been rebranded as the PQ leaderboards.
