If I'm correct, usually you get a redundancy error because a file is missing or a file has been modified somehow in which it will tell you which file(s) are effecting your connection to MBP online.
Either run the launcher again, or go delete snowball.cs.dso and then run the launcher again. It should most likely work this time.

Did you run the launcher or delete the file? The launcher SHOULD delete the file without you having to.

You probably have an extra packages/xmas-resources.pak. Check the packages folder in the game dir (there's a button in the launcher to open it, or just use AppData) and look for any packages starting with 'xmas'. If you see any, you should delete them. The launcher was supposed to do that for you but it may have had issues.

Did you, by chance, copy your game from a Mac computer to a Windows computer? That seems like the only case where that specific issue would come up. If not, you may have to redownload because there are going to be a ton of ._xxx files.

Close enough. You can try to delete all the ._ files (not even sure if they would show up on Mac, they should be treated as extended attributes by the system) if you want, or just redownload if that proves too difficult.
