I can imagine that they wouldn't be allowed for MBO, since you could easily get new world records for every level, but are there any Marble Blast TASes out there? I can't find any.

It's very unfinished; there's no windows support, no rewind support, and the single-frame stepping is quite clunky. The project is way on the end of the list of stuff to eventually do, so who knows if/when it will be completed.
