As you know, PlatinumQuest comes with a new feature, a "hint" button. When you click it, you can get hints for how to beat the level, how to get the Ultimate/Awesome Time and some interesting trivia about the level. However, this feature is only used in PlatinumQuest's levels because making hints for ALL of them would be to much work.

So, I thought that we could all help by submitting hints and trivia here. If you have any knowledge on how to get Ultimate Times or any history of a level, please, leave a message here! They'll be organized on a Google Sheet file so that, hopefully, the dev. team will be able to see them and use them.

There's only 281 levels! Shouldn't be that hard, right? And don't forget that there are no Awesome Times in Marble Blast Gold, Ultra, or Platinum!

Still, It'll take a lot of effort to put them in the game over just making them up. So I doubt the developers would add them... But I'll do some just for fun :)

Also it'll be hard making trivia for a game we didn't even make (MBG/MBU), but here's what I got:

Gold
Learning to Roll:
Hints: Try not to fall off the edge!
Gold Time Hint: Digonal Movement is very useful!
Collect The Gems:
Hints: Follow the Path of Gems to get a good time!
Gold Time Hint: Digonal Movement, along with cutting corners can prove to be effective!
Jump Training:
Hints: Hold down the Jump button to move faster!
Gold Time Hint: Jump over the railings!
Dive:
Hints: Try to avoid the obstacles to keep your momentum.
Trivia: In the eGames version of this level, there was a par time of 40 seconds. It was also the last level in the game.
Gold Time Hint: Cut the first corner and stay on the edge to avoid the first obstacles.

Feel free to use them or not use them, It's up to you :)

Learn the Super Jump:
- Hint: All you need to know is to click to activate the Super Jump.
- GT Hint: Get a quick start, and don't jump too high.
Platform Training:
- Hint: You don't have to worry about falling off the sides.
- GT Hint: Jump off the platform before it reaches its destination to finish early.
Learn the Super Speed:
- Hint: The end is in front of you. You just need to cross the gap with a Super Speed.
- GT Hint: Fire the Super Speed quickly.
Elevator:
- Hint: This platform won't go until you step on it. If you fall off somehow, it's best to restart.
- GT Hint: Jump near the end of the elevator to gain extra height and an earlier finish.
Air Movement:
- Hint: It's best to roll off the edge slowly and then hold backwards.
- GT Hint: Diagonal movement in the air? Sure thing!
Gyrocopter:
- Hint: You have plenty of room for error since your fall is slower while the Gyrocopter is active. Watch out for when it expires, however.
- GT Hint: You don't even need the gyrocopter at all.
Time Trial:
- Hint: Stay centered to grab the Time Travel.
- GT Hint: Diagonal movement and jumping will be your friend.
- Trivia: It's certainly possible to beat this level without grabbing the Time Travel. Just expect the timing to be a little tight.
Super Bounce:
- Hint: You can gain a little extra height by jumping off the ledge instead of rolling. That should not be much of a problem, though.
- GT Hint: Just jump across the gap!
Gravity Helix:
- Hint: Be mindful of your speed when touching a Gravity Modifier.
- GT Hint: Keep a steady speed throughout.
Shock Absorber:
- Hint: You still have to roll up the slope after landing on it.
- GT Hint: Diagonal air movement will allow you to skip the slope entirely.
There and Back Again:
- Hint: Approach the gem slowly. It's at the very edge!
- GT Hint: Speed control is an absolute must.
Marble Materials Lab:
- Hint: You only have to go forward, and there is no need to use A or D. It's best to restart if you miss a gem, especially in the space.
- GT Hint: You can jump straight over the flat mud area. If you really want to go fast, use diagonal movement.
- Trivia: Space actually has friction, but it's 1% of normal floor.
Bumper Training:
- Hint: If you hit a bumper, you're probably going OOB. Just go between them!
- GT Hint: Diagonal movement and jumping is a great way to finish.
Breezeway:
- Hint: You can let the little guardrails stop you. Isn't that just easy?
- GT Hint: Charge toward the finish with diagonal movement and jumping.
Mine Field:
- Hint: The two walls will most likely stop you from going OOB from hitting a mine.
- GT Hint: Diagonal movement and jumping again.
Trapdoors:
- Hint: As long as you keep rolling, you will have no problem winning.
- GT Hint: It's a straight shot to the finish. Remember: diagonal movement and jumping!
Tornado Bowl:
- Hint: As long as you stay away from the tornado, it won't pull you in.
- GT Hint: There are three tricky Time Travels scattered around. When the level starts, jump for one on the left or right. The rest is up to you.
Pitfalls:
- Hint: Holes may seem intimidating, but just go around them.
- GT Hint: Jump over the holes quickly.
Platform Party:
- Hint: If a platform leaves before you can reach it, don't jump for it. Wait for it to come back.
- GT Hint: Jump toward the finish before the last platform reaches its destination. The timing will be a little tight.
Winding Road:
- Hint: When there is a gap, land straight across from it.
- GT Hint: You can skip a few turns with the Super Jump. You also do not have to use the Gyrocopter.
Grand Finale:
- Hint: Take things slowly if you need to do so. The tornado is the only challenge that has two gems.
- GT Hint: Create a path that takes you through all the gems to the finish quickly. Did you know that you can use the tornado to launch yourself into the moving platform gem and onto the Super Jump gem?

As a personal suggestion/observation, I don't think there is a need for hints. These levels have a lot of videos made on them + you can easily ask for direct help in the discord server if you have trouble with a level/GT. However, a list of trivia would be pretty fun to have. I'm imagining something like a thread in which everyone can just post whatever trivia they know and it can be added to a list for everyone to read.

If you guys are going to do this then I highly recommend organizing your hints in a google sheet, since none of the staff are going to look through pages of forum posts to copy hints one at a time.

I was looking through the MBP files and I found some Ultimate Time hints on the co-op .mis. Who wrote these? Can I use them?

They're in the regular missions_mbp mis files as well. You can use them if you want.
