Well with the full reveals just wrapping up, what are your thoughts?

PS4:
$399
Faster than Xbox One due to GDDR5 RAM vs DDR3
PS+ service, $5 a month, includes one free game a month and discounts on other games, required to play online
No restrictions on used games
No restrictions on console usage
Camera may be removed

Xbox One:
$499
Xbox Live Gold, $5, required to use most console online features as well as play online
Used games may only be bought through an authorized retailer, games cannot be shared with friends permanently
Console must connect to the internet always, cannot go more than 24 hours without being connected to the internet or games will not function
Console does not function unless Kinect camera is connected.

seems like PS4 is the way to go for console gamers. Shame there charging now though

Xbone has less exclusives than Sony. Also, Nintendo shot itself in the leg with that Wii U and they keep digging their own grave. Also funny how Sonic is now a Nintendo exclusive.
Sony has Kingdom Hearts 3 as well

Nonetheless saying they don't require an online connection in order to function IS what's giving them the edge and preference. In fact it gave them the biggest ovation.

Have a look at this video:

Microsoft is DESTROYED.

They're gonna have to remove that function in the future or they're screwed to all hell, which is what's going on right now. That and the $100 being more expensive than Sony. Oh man, owned.

I looked at the new Xbox One, and I have many problems with it. It seems that the PS4 isn't just a great choice virtually, but financially as well. Personally, I think that Microsoft was fine with just having the Xbox 360, and the Xbox One is a big rip off.

Xbox One, you stink badly.

Matan, you can say what you want; I'm still getting the Wii U. That new SSB looks AWESOME!

As for Xbox One spying on you...

Method 1: Put <insert opaque substance> over the camera lens.
Method 2: Unplug it.

1: Why get an Xbox One if you're not going to use Kinect?
2: Console does not run without it.

But yea I'm so on that SSB game for my 3DS. And pokemanz. And Legend of Zelda. And Mario Party 3DS. THIS YEAR SO HYPE FOR 3DS GAMES.

I meant just when you're not using it. At least then it can only see you playing.
And I meant unplug the whole console from the wall, not kinect from the Xbox.

EDIT: And before anyone asks, no, I am NOT defending the Xbox One. I think Microsoft went WAY overboard with DRM and restricting your freedom to play games. I'm just saying there's ways to stop it from spying on you.

I have no opinion/little knowledge on this whole Xbox One problem. That's only because I've never really been interested in Xbox stuff. Nintendo consoles FTW.

Oh and I don't know about the Wii U either. I was never interested in it from the start. I'm content with my Nintendo 64, Wii, and soon-to-come NES. =)

But... from the looks of those .gifs, it looks like Xbox fans are quite angry right now...

It looks like Microsoft finally admitted the Xbox One failed.

Too little, too late.
Pre-orders must be rock bottom at the moment

What annoys me is seeing people endlessly praising Microsoft for backtracking on their DRM stance. I mean, yes, good that they backtracked, but that doesn't automatically make Microsoft the good guy. It would have been better had they never proposed all the DRM in the first place. Instead Microsoft is getting a lot of good press from fans even though they shouldn't.

Exactly Sporlo! I thought I was the only one that though that! They still SUCK hard none the less. Trust me, they got 5% better with the no DRM and Always online thing. They called it the Xbox 180, basically saying they completely turned on what they originally said, but to even have had that is stupid enough in the first place. How could they actually think that was a good thing?
