I have too much time (AKA how I met 4 cool people)

Sorry for irrelevant title lads. Click bait is the new thing these days.

Anyways it's rather late update but it's better than never. 2 Years ago out of boredom I step out of my seat and decided to visit one of my good friends Uil. But planes never appealed to me as a way to see places so I set out on a journey to hitchhike to Scotland and see everything that's along with it. And just in case you don't know what hitchhiking means:

It's simply lifting up your hand, having great attitude, hoping somebody picks you up, and enjoying random persons company.
It was quite A long journey, this map should give you better perspective:

My rough estimate is more than 3700km's (2300miles for those whose ancestors attended Boston tea party). And it took total of 17days.
So what took me so long you may ask? I was about to board ferry in Calais (France) to Dover (UK) and just as we where about to board it strike started and striking people didn't let ferry in the port. The whole city went crazy and I decided to visit Paris and board ferry from Diepp to Newheaven. In total it was 5 day detour but it was worth it.

Every evening I spent an hour looking for a place to sleep, just to give you little insight:

Was hiding from refugees in Callais in some rosebushes. Tbh wasn't that bad.

Paris was great, It was burning 45 Celcius so I jumped under sprinklers during the evening. It looks prettier during the night but everything was closed.
Whats more english you may ask? Tesco butter and some good o'l cheddar cheese. This was my diet for entire England section of trip.

The thing is smaller than I thought, I swear all movies have fish eye lense filter or something

Saw this game live by random chance, I'm gonna be honest, it's hillarious game when you don't know the rules and see people falling onto each other like nuts.

This is not a person from forums but he drove me long way, this guy builds homes and we had really good chat. Also context behind harry poter scar. I was sleeping in england housing area outside and small fox scratched my forehead. No words really.

And last year during the autumn out of nowhere Technostick was going to Riga so we go in outch and I managed to meet him aswell.

I hope to visit more people in future when I visit USA again.

Anyway. I'm surprised you've met this many people and you've gone a long long way. I would never be able to have the determination to hitchhike for more than 2000 miles (because I'd rather go out and play soccer), no matter how long it would take. Hats down to you.

Super cool that you met four other Marble Blasters along the way. I'm a little envious.
