The description for that level sounds fun! It will be nice to have some new levels from you.

P.S. If you need a tester....

Slope Madness released to the public!

This level is a fairly difficult puzzle level, as you must figure out how to get each gem. With some powerups and Time Travels thrown in, this will be a great level for pathway-finders. *cough*Matan*cough* Overall, I feel this is a fun and original level, and I hope you feel the same way after playing it.

This level uses some of Phil's new interiors, so if you haven't downloaded them yet, I strongly suggest you do so.

Download the level at the link found in the first post. Have fun and don't forgot to leave a comment!

Although at first glance this level might seem petty, upon playing you realize how fun it is to play and find pathways. The feel of the level really feels like a genuine garagegames level, and each time you play this level, you get better and better times. Gold time is a bit high, but other than that and there being no ping of joy when playing, this level is great.

8.5/10

I agree entirely with PF. Absolutely perfect editing, great random feel, fun to get better times. However, the style of it (open playing field) is not quite my favorite.

9/10

lol i cant get gold.

I really like the level, and i like the whole idea. But give it an 8/10. For the powerups, the SJ and GC were the only ones i found helpful. and it was just a bit annoying that some gems were still above the slopes. (yea it mixes it up a bit, but, its just slightly annoying).
But really, i liked the level, just some aspects were less exciting.

btw, did you scale the blue circle or slopes at all? cuz in my level the squares on the slopes matched perfectly with the squares on the circle...

The blue circle was scaled slightly.

A few updates:

1.) Andrew's RGM is finally in progress! RGM stands for Rube Goldberg Machine, in case you hadn't already guessed. In a couple days, I will post some preview pictures of the level.

Once it's done, I want a tester. The first person to send me a PM saying that he/she wants to test will be the tester. So be quick about it!

2.) I have two new levels in the planning stages: Talent Show and Hitting the Edge! See the top post for more info on those.

3.) Since FileFront doesn't work well and Putstuff is currently down, I have taken some of my levels off those sites and placed them on DivShare instead. If you were having trouble downloading my levels before, you should have no trouble now.

However, I do not have Grasp or Search and Rescue in my custom levels folder, and I cannot get on Putstuff to retrieve them. So could someone send me these two levels ASAP, please? Then I can put them on DivShare, too.

Be sure to check back in a couple days for news on Andrew's RGM!

News:

1.) A very big thank you to Riblet for sending me the two levels I needed. S&R and Grasp are now uploaded to DivShare if you want them.

2.) Matan was the first person to PM me about wanting to be a tester. So congrats Matan! You will be the official tester for Andrew's RGM when it's done! (Sorry, Riblet )

3.) I have started the level, and it is currently about 10-20% completed. Tomorrow I will show some preview pics of the level so you can all get a taste of what this level will be like.

Stay tuned!

OOOO! SHINY!!!!

Nice job! Looks like a real, normal level. Very professional looking (I hope the randomness factor is low in this one...)

ANDREW'S RGM IS RELEASED!

This level is one of the best RGM level out there, IMO. In fact, Matan gave it 10/10 in testing.
There is very little ramnomness; in fact, there is about a 95-100% completion rate for this level.

So have fun and enjoy the level! Please comment!

In other news: I have added 3 more levels to the list of planned levels. Check out the top post for more info.

Andrew's RGM doesn't work for me. Ever. Out of the 11 times I tried it, I only got the 4th gem once (I would bounce over it), and would never land after the Shock Absorber, I only caught it once, and I never touched the platform. Perhaps i'm missing interiors...?

That's weird. I always catch that gem, and I always catch the Shock Absorber. And I can always land on that platform too. Can you do a vid?

Hint: remember NOT to touch the controls.

I'm missing sloped_plat.dif or something. Dunno where to find it, but it works every time for me until I fall through the missing interiors.
