Quick review of sky city:

Really an amazing level, its simple, clean with challenges that give me MBG nostalgia. Esp loved the road part and park. If i would have a medal to give i would give it to lee. Love the artstyle. Keep uo the good work. :)

2 things that served as major annoyances for me.
At staircase in the first buildings, just before you reach roof there is a 1 tile wide and high wallhit. I hate it, i coukdnt do it after countless of attempts and it made no sense of having it in level that targets intermediate difficulty.
The island to which you had fly to with helicopter was too small. Fell off 20ish times by having not enough space


But overall a good level. Looking forward for more.

Thanks for the review!

For the 1 tile wall hit, you can charge up by going back a few tiles, the just jump till the you reach the wall hit.

About the last part.. yeah.
I didn't thought about that when building the level. Also at that time I didn't playtested it either because I scrapped it, reason is that it doesn't fit in with the mod.

Yeah i kinda felt like level wasn't tested enough. Again love the stuff, rest of game play and art style. Big suggestion is always test your level and see if there is anything that is really annoying because if it is annoying to you it will be annoying for everybody else. Looking forward to more from guys :)

Would your levels work in the MBP May 2007 Build? Because I have seen some people putting the MBG levels in there.

I'm gonna be honest, one of the funnest levels Ive played from you. I love everything about it, i love how fluid it is, how the path isn't built around a shortcut, the construction, pathways. 10/10 Yes it was simple level but it felt repayable and fun.

The level is really fun, I got the Platinum Time at the first try, but I'm sorry I have to tell you... that I changed the skybox. It doesn't really fit with the lighting.
It's not your fault, it's just my skybox-maniac habits kicking in. But overall, this level was pretty neat.

Pretty neat level. Fun to play, and lots of varying challenges. I'm usually not a fan of moving platforms like the one at the end where you usually would have to wait a specific time before it comes back, but that might just be me.

I'm only hanging by a thread but I'm still (slowly) making levels. This is a project that has been in the making for a while that I keep having little several hour sessions when it comes to actually making some progress. I decided to export what I have so far and put it into the game.
The first image shows the main playing area of the level. The second and third ones show some of the "side quests" that are still important pieces. The fourth picture (and my personal favorite) is mainly eye candy for the time being, but it's the finishing area, so might as well show it.


Edit: The images were showcasing Cavern of Cannons, which at the time was still a work in progress, but now can be downloaded in the first post!

Very fun custom I must say :) , visually stunning with the fog/mist surrounding the outskirts of the island (nice touch for the atmosphere), gameplay wise it's nice to traverse across the level without too many obstacles. It's easy and simple which has created something quite nice.

Another scrapped project from years ago that was pulled out of the junkyard and made into something much lovelier than it was before.

Elevation Entwinement

Two other things to mention.
[strike]1) Sometime in the future I will update all of the MBG levels with extra copies that can be played in vanilla MBG without having to edit stuff in the .mis.[/strike]
Decided against this because Marbleland isn't crazy about having more than one .mis in a download.
[strike]2) main_gi found some issues in some of the earlier levels, but most notably are missing textures in Towering and Construction Tower. I will hopefully get around to fixing this eventually.[/strike]
I fixed these issues and everything current is on Marbleland.
