i know this isnt about quark/constructor but im kinda bad at quark/constructor so uh i wondered if there was a easy way to make levels with blender

(imo, its prolly better if you just use constructor to start off, then move to blender, idk)
ball roll to gem and to blue/white pad thingy yes

None at all. Blender is a difficult tool to learn. It takes a lot of time to conquer it's learning curve. Like Alexnico said, Go'way seems to be the only prominent member around here who has intimate knowledge of the program, but it is recommended that you start with Constructor first.
You will encounter problems with Constructor as well, but the learning curve isn't as high, less so after scouring through several tutorials around the forums.
