First of all, a thanks goes to Pf and Trace for providing links to some of the relevant files.
At this point, updating Constructor is a bit of a scavenger hunt. Though the same Perishingflames does have an excellent video, there is no topic that is easily found on this forum that lists any links.

1) The base Constructor, version 1.0.3. You will need this to begin. Unfortunately, it has some bugs, which are (mostly) fixed by...
2) Constructor, version 1.0.4. . This fixes bugs, but does not add the new plugins that the Windows 1.0.6 does.
Replace your 1.03 Constructor.app with the new one. Replace the 1.03 Version.cs and Version.cs.dso in the Constructor/constructor folder with the Version.cs and Version.cs.dso you downloaded. Navigate to /Constructor/Constructor/client/extensions/lightingsystem. Replace the 1.03 constructorlightingsystem.dylib with the 1.04 version that you downloaded.
Fortunately, there's a link for those plugins I mentioned at....
3) Constructor 1.0.6 Plugins These plugins range between useful and seemingly pointless. What do you use the Ziggurat function for, anyway? Relevance aside, you may want them.
Place the icons in Constructor's icons folder. If an icons folder does not exist in the Constructor directory, create it.
--WIN--
1) Torque Constructor 1.0.3 for Windows can be downloaded in the same way as the Mac version.
2) The 1.0.6 Update includes bugfixes and added functionality.
--Both Platforms--
4) Pie Slices plugin Necessary for easily creating circular curves.
Place the contents of the downloaded icons folder into the icons folder in your Constructor directory. If an icons folder does not exist in your Constructor folder, create it. Place pie.cs in Constructor's plugin's folder.
5) The Constructor Entities plugin , created by the great Cyberfox, hosted by the excellent Perishingflames, is necessary to create moving platforms in Constructor.
Replace the entities.db file in the root of the Constructor folder with the one that you just downloaded. Then copy the contents of the downloaded staticshapes folder into the Constructor staticshapes folder.
6) The MBG&P Textures are only needed if you are wanting to use the uh... MBG and MBP textures.
7) Scale To Zero and the Flexicube is an esoteric CyberFox plugin and technique that is used to create your distorted curves that uh... convert... more or less.
Place the contents of the Flexicube folder into the Prefabs subfolder of your Constructor folder, and the contents of the Scale2Zero folder into your Plugins subfolder.
