this is a dumb question... can you access the pq cut levels? aka directors cut

Director's Cut levels are the Bonus levels, which all have unlock requirements. Each level specifies its unlock requirements.
It starts off easy, sort of, and gets harder as the level is more difficult/higher ranked.
Puzzle 10 requires you to beat Manic Bounce for example, so it requires most of PQ to be beaten.
Some levels require specific level challenges such as Ultimate Times, achievements, or to get a certain number of Nest Eggs.
Puzzle 12 (the final) requires you to get 25 Awesome Times/Scores, of which one of them must be Puzzle 11.
For actual real never released director's cut... wait for level packs 60-69 which will feature 10+ PQ levels.
