Installers for Marble Blast mods

Here is a list of installers for the following Marble Blast mods. These were made for the convenience of being able to run the game from Desktop or the Start menu (along with uninstall support), as well as eliminating the need to copy files from one's existing Marble Blast Gold installations (though this has already been remedied for some mods; all of them include FPS Unlocker preinstalled).
