Disclaimer: I don't know if I've posted this in the wrong place or not, but I'm going to put my ideas for a possible mod that I could make in the future. I already know this mod is 99.9% likely to die.

This is my ideas thread for a potential Marble Blast mod I could make. It's not going to start off straight away, of course, because I know that's how most mods die.

Theme:

I'm planning to have a fun theme, like MB+ did, and possible similar textures as I like their style. But that mod died a while ago, and if you think I'm copying them, I'm not. It's just a little inspiration, which is okay. I want to be original.

Levels:

Fun levels, but at the same time, challenging. I'm currently having trouble with my Torque Constructor, so if anyone wants to help with levels, it's highly appreciated! At the moment, I'm planning to create levels with the in-game Level Editor (edit 20/5/13, until my Constructor's fixed.) I found some pads I can use (CCgreen, CCyellow, etc)

Name:

I haven't really decided yet, but I have a few rough ideas that probably won't be used, such as Marble Blast Glow or Blockroll (was also thinking of having blocky levels)

As I said before, this mod is 99.9% likely to die, like most mods that came out.

Update!

I know it's been less than a day but I created my first texture, which I'd planned beforehand. It's extremely mediocre (made in paint.NET). I'll upload it sometime. It will probably be changed sometime in the near future.

Don't have to be so down on yourself. If you want to make a mod, go ahead with the idea that it is going to succeed, not that it is going to fail.

I'd love to be proved wrong though, although I'm thinking realistically.
