you need to port forward
the port PlatinumQuest uses is 28000
then you just Coco the host button next to join on the server screen
you can check if the port forward worked by opening the server settings

Forward port 28000, specifically UDP.
Then you can either host from the ingame menu or launch from a commandline with
marbleblast.exe -dedicated

Ask RandomityGuy about floating point, bonus points if you tell him "x87".
