I had the same problem too. It was because my antivirus detected a false virus. Check your antivirus to see if it had blocked any PQ files

Hi,

What Operating System are you running under? I know in Windows 10 and likely Windows 11 because of how PlatinumQuest is injecting code into the marbleblast.exe process at launch time, you may be running into an issue with Microsoft Defender (pre-installed and enabled by default in most Windows 10 / 11 systems these days) using SmartScreen to prevent the app from launching.

You can follow this guide to exclude the Marble Blast directory, which will be located in %APPDATA%\PlatinumQuest

Let us know if this helps.
