Do both of your systems use the same OS (as in 10.8.4 or 10.x.x)? It shouldn't matter, though. I will plow into my game again in an attempt to replicate it. I may attempt to give directions later on, or even a script of some sort. (unlikely, more likely the former)
The original copy of Mission Fixer didn't work, so pro marbler gave me a one thats not buggy for me to use. I did, I used it correctly, and that happened. By the way, mac version is 10.8.4.
Actually, it's just a bash script that cleans up the fixed mission files. You can just open the command in a text editor to view it's contents. It literally consists of no more than some echos and a few basic built-in UNIX filesystem commands. At the time, I was assuming that the game somehow read the game data twice because of the files in /data/. Therefore, I just moved the mission files to the desktop in a folder, where one could copy the CLA levels out of the folder and into the game. I may later construct another script that will do that, but right now I probably have to go test out a few things first.
Additionally, it also may be an issue with the integrity of certain game files, like main.cs . You may have to restore it, if you ever modified it, like for the interiorcheck.cs script.
Okay. So it has generally been determined that dlma's game has been modified in such a way that the behavior of his game is to be deemed unreliable and inconsistent, and that any unexpected behavior resulted not from this script, but because of faulty scripts in his game that most likely affected statistical behavior of his game, among other things. Reinstall the game or restore to an original copy, then come back and post any issues you may have.
