The second one looks like a Microsoft driver, while the third one looks like a "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter". I have no idea what the highlighted one is, but it looks like the same Intel Q965/Q963 driver, but without Microsoft's additions.
Microsoft doesn't really care about OpenGL and really only wants to promote Direct3D/DirectX
I'd recommend choosing the first one, WITHOUT "Microsoft Corp.", and seeing how performance plays out. Make sure to restart your computer afterwards!
