lock [COMMENT] Qualify Time Warning Feature

I want a Qualify Time warning in MBF. MBP has the Par Time warning feature.

Not a bad idea, and would be easy to implement (Expert Time warning is already in-game).

Added it to my To-Do list.

Yes, seeing as that there's an ET warning, a QT warning would be nice as well.

Yeah - I'll be adding this into the next patch. It's already mostly coded, just need to add some toggle settings for them and test it out.

also, I would personally like to not have any warnngs in the game, they're just kinda in the way
