[BUG] World record times bug

I'm still kinda deciding weather this should be called a bug or not. Upon looking at some recent times on Marble Blast Fubar, I noticed some...odd times which were unusually completely different from all of the times above theirs.

Example: Tutorial: Super Jump
1st Place: jeppele (Polarium) - 0.09 seconds

Note: I am not saying all very low WR's are impossible, but this just caught my attention.

I believe that the most likely cause may have something with the servers timing out while playing a level, but that is just my guess.

There's something with the way the game submits scores to the server where either a few digits from the time are cut off or it's slicing the string incorrectly if you have a certain time. I'm looking into it with HiGuy and I'll let you know when it's fixed.

I believe we've fixed this in Build 31083+. Please download the latest build tonight and let me know if you're still seeing these times show up.
