[BUG] Time Warp Skill
The Time Warp skill's description says that this will reduce your final time by 1 second only if you get a time greater than 5.
I played Learning:Movement (with the skill active, of course) and got a time of 2 seconds. The Time Warp skill shouldn't affect that but it changed this to a (probably) impossible time: 1 second.
The idea is: it works for undeer 5 seconds but it shouldn't
