lock Skills not removed

The one that is easy to notice is the Time Warp skill (level 90). It did not reset in the stat wipe...
I'm not sure but I think none of them reseted.

Correct. This was intended (though it may seem odd). I will only reset the skills when the game rolls into its final release build.
