lock [BUG] Negative to Positive Time Travels

So the fact that I get something like a 2.5 second bonus on every time travel because I have 25 mastery points to my time travel option changes a lot. It also deducts time off of negative time travels. For example when I was recording IJ's Descent for a video, I noticed that the -2 second time travels stopped the clock for half a second. (-2 + 2.5 = 0.5).

I read this topic and then forgot to reply to it .. oops!

This is certainly a bug and something I overlooked in the code - I'll be patching it in the next build.
