Ultra player here!

Hello. I cant believe i didnt know about this place until now.

I was a Marble blast Ultra player back when Instant Action was alive. I loved that game!
I still play it now and then but there is almost no one playing nowadays.

I was wondering, is there a reason this community isnt supporting MBU or did you not know someone ported it to PC?
It is kinda hidden.

The MBU PC port has always been run by an entirely different team of people with their own community--this site is mainly focused on MBG and its modifications so we don't tend to discuss MBU that much.

I personally didn't like Golds level design. I liked Ultra's straightforward level design and difficulty colors represented by the maps, I wish more people made MBU inspired map packs.

You might try PQ's (three different) styles of levels before finalizing your opinion.

Maybe its just me getting nostalgic, well does anyone think Ultra's sound design was the best? I always like futuristic themed over kiddie toy themed sounds. Also I should say I'm a pure grade A+ scrub at marble blast and that's probably why I like Ultra because its easier.
