Title says it all! I'm thinking about releasing my first EP, and an album shortly after! This is such an accomplishment for me and I can't wait until it hits the web! I'm hoping to get it to iTunes, and maybe some other places... Now, when I say soon, I don't mean like soon soon. Good tracks take time, and a full album will take even longer. I'm hoping around Christmas time I can get it out; EP before then. You want details? Here you go:

The EP (Titled The Gauntlet Series) will be featuring 6 tracks: 4 already heard; 2 new ones.

- Soviet Prophecy Remastered
- Soviet Dream Re-done
- Light Show Remastered
- CalKulus Remastered

- Soviet Revolution (3rd and final of the Soviet Series)
- Monster in the Closet (Collab with a friend)

The album with be featuring 12 BRAND NEW tracks! Never heard before! Furthur details about the album will be revealed at a later date.

I hope you're excited as much as I am!

I love you, but your attitude is like that of a shrew. Your options? Take a pill or be my kill. Might I suggest that you wear a vest. Perish in class or be banished to the land of bluegrass, where dreams don't exist as you'll be eternally pissed.

I just don't get something. You said it was the first song of the album, but the track number is 12.

Huh?

Yes, Kwill, yes.

It's like 2 AM my time, and I'm still hard at work on this.

Quick update!

Chamber 2 and Broken Asylum are around the same percentage of completion: around 60-65%. I predict they will get finished at around the same time.

Meanwhile, Red Runner has been started, and is off to a good start with 2 hours of work! What is Red Runner? Red Runner is a 1/6 beat, super swing-bit, orchestral-themed, tropical house track. Oh yes. It's god-like.

So, as for current album standards:

Project 1.2.9 - 0%
Evolution - 0%
Detective - 15-20%
Red Runner - 5-10%
The History of the Violin - 0%
Horn of the Heroes - 0%
To Infinity! - 0%
String Theory - 5%
Thermal Vortex - 2-4%
Operation: Broken Asylum - 60-65%
Chamber 2: To the Escape Hatch! - 55-60%
Sky High - 99%

I have 5 more projects to start, and a bunch still to finish. I'm going to need to work every day to get the album out by Chirstmas.

It will be long and hard, but is still very possible. Don't worry; I'm not rushing, really .

That's where String Theory comes into play.

Each song has something special, and is different in a way. I've included heavily-packed DnB tracks, mixed in with upbeat orchestral tracks; 2 main themes for this album.

String Theory, however, is a different kind of orchestral track. It's not your traditional strings, spiccato, and crunch bass. No. It is a big mix of stuff, and is the star track of the album. Take Soviet Prophecy, for example. Notice how there were parts with intense guitar, drums, crashes and more? But on the other hand, there were soft, smooth strings? That kind of system is also built onto String Theory, just in a different way: Some parts are your traditional strings, others are orchestral ensembles mixed with sci-fi synths, others are synth pads mixed with violin spiccatos and such, and some other parts even go as far as all synth with a faint string background.

Do you see what I'm getting at? I know you really didn't ask for a rant but w/e .

This is great! I don't know if this is too much to ask, but could you put a rock or heavy metal song in the album? That's my style of music.

It's not that it's too much to ask, but we're at the stage now to where adding more songs just isn't an option. (Since the album is so close to completion) The songs listed are the official ones.

If you want I can just make you a rock song and put up a download.

The big Operation has been completed finally!

Name: Operation: Danger Zone (Last minute name-change; don't freak)

Track Number: 7 (Due to the 3 songs that were removed.)

Genre: Heavy DnB

Length: Approx. 5:20

Description: This ain't no normal mad-house we're talkin' 'bout! This is the danger zone!

Total Hours of Work: 13 (Longest time ever spent on a track thusfar!!)

Start Date/End Date: 10/20/11 - 11/24/11

Please leave comments/questions!

Current tracks in progress:

- Project 1.2.9. - Into the Future!
- Evolution
- Detective
- String Theory
- Thermal Vortex

^^These are the last 5 songs to complete!!

Stay tuned for more updates!

As a side note, keep in mind that 3 songs have been omitted from the album. It is because they were either failed attempts, too difficult, or in the back of my mind - not even started. Track numbers, therefore, have been moved around, but everything will make sense when the album releases.
