Hi, hope this helps.

(i) You're not a user yet, just a visitor, and as far as I'm aware visitors can't change their pictures at all, so if you were to create an account, you'd be able to change your picture;
(ii) It looks like you already have the default (disabled) avatar, like I do;
(iii) In case you still want it for reference later, you can disable your profile picture in the Edit Profile section of the header when you're signed in, and maybe in the forums' preferences as well.
