I tried that with the new update, and I get the same error while downloading the sounds. Any more advice?

Looks like it failed to download a file. Just re-run the launcher and try to update again. Hopefully it should work on the second time.

After backing up my personal data, I wanted to update PQ so it would fix some redundancy errors when trying to go online. I made sure Java was perfectly updated, which is the case.
So I downloaded the launcher, I set the destination directory and I started the update.

Here's what I got after 2-3 minutes:
