A reflection sky map for the pipes and others. To make the neon pipes glow on your model, use Torque DTS Plus. When using the plugin, use the following material edits to make these appear to be solar:
1. Translucent: Additive
2. Self illumination
3. No mipmapping
4. Env mapping: 1
