Marble Blast on the Switch?

If the devs want to port PQ or any Marble Blast game to the Switch, they would have to have the MB rights (I think It's public domain, idk) and a Switch Dev Kit,

Switch dev kits are the same as the Switch console but the JoyCons are jet black and the Switch has extra ports for developmental reasons.

So if it's possiable, could a new Marble Blast game or PQ come to the Switch? Not saying it should go on the Switch, it's just a stupid suggestion of mine.

PQ (or MBG, or anything based off of it) will never come to the Switch: marbleblast.com/index.php/forum/general-...ntendo-switch#137990

If you're a credible-enough developer that you can get access to a devkit and want to make your own game for it, we would love to see it.
