April Fools 2025 - Yummer marble skin

Yummer was a CGI character created by a webgame studio, Seven2, typically for use as a character placeholder when they tested their games before release. An appearance of Yummer was accidentally left intact in a spritesheet of an officially licensed SpongeBob webgame, and as soon as this was magnified to the public, it quickly became one of the most talked-about gaming mysteries of the 2020s. There was even a Discord server (which no longer exists) created exclusively to find out Seven2's story for having this character exist within a webgame based on a kids' franchise. Basically, Yummer was created as a joke, and Seven2 devs only erased his ability to appear in the webgame, but not the Yummer graphics or their IDs or coordinates. When these remnants were first shown to the public, many began to think of Yummer as a SpongeBob character, and even a few deem him their new favorite SB character.
