This happened to another interior as well.
If my view (regardless of whether the camera or marble is active) is above the interior (relative to it), the sky doesn't appear to render.

Below, the rendering is fine, but...

Someone explain this to me. O_O

you need to

Try going into constructor, selecting all the verticies, setting your grid spacing really low (0.015625) is good, and then going into Modify -> Quantize. Try converting the map then, and if it doesn't work, send the file to me and I'll have a look. Make sure you backup the map before quantizing!

avi had this same glitch when he was making a ring for a track (like, for running and sprints) with lots of concentric ovals- I have a clip on his laptop that I can upload if you want. I think it's caused by too many overlapping faces? If I were you I'd try removing alternating rings and putting them in a separate interior, then aligning them with level editor in you level. Hope that helped :)

EDIT: ooh, got ninja'd by Threefolder, nevermind me

i have a flickr

Matan's jokes literally aren't funny. Why is he getting thank yous?

I did what Threefolder said, but then M2D decided to move faces around, then I split the interior in half, alternating pie slices, and M2D moved faces around on both again. Quantizing removes the sky glitch, but doesn't fix the misplaced faces. I also split a non-quantized copy into two, and still got the sky glitch.
Threefolder, I have the map file in my first post.

Here you go, I just quantized at 0.5/32 grid spacing and then converted through original map2dif. I've included the dif, map, and the original map2dif for you.
