SUPPORT BOARD OVERVIEW & TIPS:

About Receiving Help from the Support Board: While all members may answer questions posted in the Support board, you should only rely on responses posted or confirmed by support moderators and website administrators. About Responding to Support Threads: If you feel you know the answer to a question, you are welcome to respond to the thread and politely offer assistance. Please be courteous and try to provide detailed and helpful solutions to users who may not be as advanced as you. We ask that you refrain from posting one-sentence solutions.

When I boot the game, I see the loading screen, then once it hits %100, the crash handler shows up.

I have a good pc.

Try opening C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\PlatinumQuest\platinum\client\mbpPrefs.cs with a text editor and adding these two lines to the end:
$pref::Video::PostProcessing = 0;
$pref::AnimatePreviews = 0;
You can turn these back on in the game settings. "Animate previews" simply preloads levels, so if that's causing the crash you won't be able to get into the level anyway.

Also try Windows's compatibility mode (in the file properties for marbleblast.exe in the PlatinumQuest folder).
