Until may 24th, Valve is giving out Portal free, on both Mac and PC. Which means you have no excuse not to get the game

Get it here: store.steampowered.com/freeportal/

I haven't gotten it yet though, because the servers are too busy =P

There aren't. Apparently you don't know VALVe well enough, as they would never do something like that. Its worth getting steam anyway, as it is really awesome (at least on windows).

Really? Mine only took up 5 normal gigs.

Glad I can finally chat to my friends on steam without booting up in windows. I'll probably be doing that more than playing the games though. Because what is Steam but a masked up DRM?
