Hello internet

Hello everyone. I've been playing Marble Blast for a good amount of time now (starting playing MBG like in 2006, got Platinum kind of when it came out ish), but had always been a bit nervous about creating an account etc etc, but I thought now would be a good time to introduce myself

My main passion is music. I'm at a specialist music school studying piano and composition. If anyone needs music for mods, I'm always happy to provide something, BUT BUT BUT I am an extremely busy person so I can't do like a whole mod or like loads of stuff, but I will always be willing. I'm interested in lots of different styles of music, but not like heavy metal or anything in that vein (not sure you can really call it music anyway).

There's probably not a lot else to say about me. I play Marble Blast. Woo. So does everyone else here. I'm actually quite interested in writing novels. I'm developing a mythical world at the moment and writing all the languages and stuff. And then, I'm going to write lots of songs based on it all. And then hopefully write the novel. But it will probably be a series or a trilogy. Cos there would be loads to talk about.

Have you uploaded any songs you've made? I would like to hear them! And I totally agree with you on the heavy metal thing.
I have also made up a mythical world in my head but have yet to actually get it on paper because I don't know where to start.

No, none of my stuff is on the web. However, I do have a YouTube account and I could do with actually uploading some videos on it...
My music is sort of more classical stuff (like Einaudi but better), but that's only because that's what I grew up with. However, I'm very interested in using electronics in my music.

For my mythical world, I started by doing little things at a time. I'm still working on everything. But at the moment, my main focus is the language. Alongside that, if I think of any place names or anything like that, I have a separate document for those. Then, eventually, I will begin working on the history and the 'politics' and all of that. The characters will sort of come into that. Bear in mind that Tolkien took 50 years to 'complete' Middle Earth!! This particular world is only one of the worlds I'm going to create. I'm also going to create a more futuristic one, and hopefully I will combine them all into some weird extragavant finale. Woo.

Hello and welcome to the community! Glad to hear you are a musician as that is also my main passion! On Saturdays, I take classes at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music which include musicianship (essentially music theory), composition, and chamber music. I compose music frequently and play the cello. Also, if you'll notice NatureFreak's mini biography, you can tell he is also quite interested in music

I guess I'm going to be the only one politely objecting this statement (I am a musician myself but a drummer so that takes me to other 'realms' of music)

Thank you Aayrl for your nice welcome and comments. Unfortunately, at the moment I am quite busy with various commitments at the specialist music school I attend. If I have some spare time though, I would be happy to have a go. I may be able to later on (after March 12) or perhaps for another build/mod or something. When you say it is 'themed', does this just mean that it would suit the feel of the mod?

Yes, Buzzmusic composed the majority of the musical works for Fubar.

Along those lines - namely fitting the environmental theme of each level. You and I may discuss further if you're interested in composing a bit when you have the free time - reach out to me if/when you'd like details and I can iron out the details for you.
