I don't have much going on and I've been kinda bored lately because I have nothing to do with Constructor.
I'll participate. May step out last minute though.

Won't be participating because i would ruin competition and way overdo my part. My only complain would be that there is not a 2nd experienced player on jury ( I would've expected someone from staff or older members who could give a good objective review. Nobody is a good start though).

Since Nobody is acting as a judge, I think I will join.

Well, it must be pretty hard to think of something to build from a random word generator in Marble Blast, and you'd have to be pretty damn imaginative.

Well, it may take a little imagination, but it should be that hard to work something up. I think "pretty damn imaginative" is a little overboard, don't you think?

These levels must be made in Constructor or Quark, and that's it.

What else is there besides the level editor?

You MAY make custom skies if you would like to.

Don't see why just saying "Feel free to make a custom skybox for the level." isn't an option. Unless there's a good reason not to have custom skyboxes, it doesn't really change the game, does it? Besides, for a nighttime theme, you may want a nighttime skybox.

And the word is...

Night.

You don't need all that space. And put some emphasis on "Night." to make it more exciting.

It would be more helpful if you put down something easier than New Zealand time like Eastern Time (-3:00) or Greenwich Time (-0:00). Just for kicks, here's information on what times to put.
3:00pm in NZT time 3:00am in GMT.
3:00pm in NZT time is 9:00pm in EST (the previous day)
Also, is this time out deadline for when we send in our parts or is this when the judging ends?

IMO instead of making level downloads separate for each user you should merge them in 1 zip file after the end of competition so that it would be easier for everyone else to play and enjoy them. Also if technostar is in jury and also participating into event how would he judge his own level? seems a bit flawed to me...
Nevertheless i have to congratulate you for taking all of our suggestions in concern.

Lee, you set the Platinum Time to 18 seconds and the Ultimate Time to 22 seconds. Shouldn't they be flipped?

Going to say I'm maybe a little more than halfway through my part though I won't be able to finish it for a few days.

Wow Weather! This level looks amazing! Really excited to play it!

Edit: Okay, I just played it. Extremely Hard, which I like. I can't even complete it, but that doesn't stop me knowing that the level is awesome and fun! Good job with the moving gems and the interior! And yes, I found the easter egg (or I could say easter eggs - hehehe) without using the level editor. All I really had to do was explore! Anyway, awesome!

I would recommend making another competition, but maybe only one every month (to every two weeks).

Wow Technostar. This level is amazing! Can't wait to play!

I was amazed the entire time. That is a great level, although in some areas the gears bump you a little too much.

Seconding this. Technostar's level is fantastic. It had a great concept, and it was really well made, but the fact that it bumped you so much gave me a lot of trouble. I couldn't get past the part where you ride inside the gear to take you higher.

Also, I'll be stepping out of the competition. I don't have enough time from now until the deadline to finish the level that I'm working on, so I'll release it on my level topic when it's finish.

Technostar, if you're reading this, your level is awesome.
Also, congratulations to Lee and Weather for competing in this too!

Technostar's level was a very awesome and unique idea. I know the level is very difficult/annoying and stuff, but the concept to the level is amazing. Good work Technostar! But remember, you're not the winner yet! We still need to see nobody's vote and then we'll talk about the winner if we have 2 different choices!

I found that all three levels look stylistically awesome, and it is difficult to pick only one that looks the best. However, I personally prefer the theme of Weather's level.

In terms of gameplay, while all of the levels are fun, I enjoyed Lee's level the most. I found that it was the least frustrating, although this could be because I'm not very good at playing MarbleBlast.

I believe that the most original idea was Technostar's rotating gears, which present a new type of challenge but still look cool.

Overall, I am voting for Weather's level as it seems to have the best balance of aesthetics and challenge. But all three levels are awesome, and it is difficult to choose which one is the best
