Now that I am officially finished with the time trial tournament I have room to work on a new event :)

This is NOT a tournament. It is a league that anyone can join at ANY time. No one ever gets eliminated, and you can even drop out if you want without consequence (besides losing league progress if you decide to join again). It will require minimal commitment (min once per 3 weeks).

The league HAS BEGUN! Good luck all, have fun!

Just a heads-up so everyone is aware: at some point in the future we are changing the MP rating systems from ELO-style to XP/Level-style. It doesn't sound like too much about this league will be affected by this, but it seemed like a smart idea to post this.

The only reason for this thread BEFORE the start of the league is so that I can receive a batch of players to 'start' in the rankings somewhat-fairly by their current mp rating... I would have waited until after the tournament was finished to post if I didn't need a batch of players at the beginning.

Plus there's no true commitment because as I said, you can drop out if you want to.

So to answer your question, it's because I want to wait for the time trial tournament to end before starting the league.

The tournament is over and the league has officially begun and pre-enrolling has ended, if you join from now on you'll be bumped to the bottom to start and you can work your way up.

Tourney writeup tomorrow, tired rn

I will likely not be around too much the next couple of days so if you're unsure about how something worked run it through me first... be patient until the league really gets rolling :)
