Hey there, fellow builder!

If you're a QuArK/Constructor user who needs a certain map file for your own level, or just someone who wants to help others, you came to the right place!

This topic's purpose is to make a central database where people can find simple or detailed maps, or just parts such as ramps, spirals, buildings, etc. We encourage members to post their maps of CGL parts, their own levels, and anything they want.

While you're making a post for your MAP, please add the following to your post:

Name of Creator: ___________
MAP name: _________
Difficulty level to make the MAP: _________ (beginner/intermediate/advanced)
Available for others to use in their levels? (Y/N) __________
Guide on how to make the MAP (optional): ___
MAP can be downloaded at: http://_link_.com
MAP Screenshot: [*img]Link.com[/img]

Members who will post will get awarded!

I'll definitely post. What would you say people want in their levels?

Anything. From basic structures, to poles, to say slopes, curves, cubes, moving platforms, (torsos ), scenery of all sorts, etc. You can even post your own levels!

I notice that Phil made the bridge pole using rotation, so the textures on one half-arch don't line up. I'll give a fixed version to Matan soon.

Woah nice! Anyway to get the textures on the top bit to stretch to the top? There's a tiny bit where a new grid starts.

Test everything to make sure it converts, Mkbul. As for being rewarded, that's something for the future.

You need to find/replace so there are no texture albums specified in the .map file (so, just do this after building).

If people don't already know this -- open the maps in a text editor to remove the prefixes.

I DLed 6.6 but the folder is absolutely chock-a-block full of files. Which do I need?

Mostly they're named adv.***, intro.*** and src.***

Don't delete any files from your 6.6 folder. Why is it a problem? I've never heard of any files related to QuArK named adv, intro, or src.

Which is why you should request which of the above u want to be DIF'd or better yet, download map2dif, textures, and DIY since the MAPs are finished.

It doesn't. However, if we get Mark F. to respond to any emails, he may be able to recompile it for mac. Matan, that's your cue

@Oaky: Download either the third or fourth. One is a zip file, the other, an exe.
