What I find amazing in that is... Idk how much time I spent to get that squeeze, spread over a year. And yesterday I open my MBG out of nowhere and after less than 5 mins I get the launch. Just proves it's based on luck, but one hell of a hard luck.

I spent about an hour on that traplaunch yesterday, and I was able to get super fast launches, but always in the wrong direction
How do you spin the marble so it goes TOWARDS the finish pad?

That's what makes this trap the hardest of the game.

Umm, I dont think this will be useful in any way but...
I was playing around on Pinball Wizard, and I found that on the bridge that has three gems and three bumpers on it, you can get the gems easily by just going under the bridge and jumping on the placement where the gems are above. I have a tweak for Gym using that same technique too that could save about 3 seconds...

EDIT: For Pinball Wizard, if your gonna use that tweak, I guess we'll need a whole new pathway. Or you can try squeezing that in then finding a faster way to get to the finish...

Asuul or whoever else is working on this rampage (besides me), please note that we'll be submitting to SDA the moment I finish with Tightrope. More than that and we won't accept anymore entries to the update (unless you do so while it's in verification). Also, the update has a surprise exclusive to SDA from both Pascal and I, so submitting a WR is highly worth it.

It is also most likely the last update to MBG unless we somehow find like a few more levels to improve (8 minimum? dunno), which is getting more doubtable now.

As always, have .rec proof for any WRs on MBG even if the update is over with.

I'm done with the update & I don't think Marble Blast Gold can still get a major improvement.

The only levels that can humanly be improved (slightly) :

Tri Twist
Monster Speedway
Upward Spiral
Siege
Tightrope
Pathways

I finally got a launch that went in the right direction on Platform Party. If the OOB ceiling was higher, I could've finished the level. Now I just have to repeat that with less depth so I don't launch as high.

(I also have it on .rec)

Yeah, I noticed that too Sporlo.
Many people have succeeded with that unbelievably hard traplaunch but have gone OOB during to gaining to much height...
If the OOB trigger was a little higher we could finish that level easier.

Yeah thats sucks... failed 2-3 times cause of the low height of the OOB trigger. Also failed once because the finish wasn't far enough... lol (see in Traplaunch Fest video from 6:53 to 6:59)
