I know this is a bit of an odd question to ask, but how do i make it so my constructor recognizes the textures? I didn't quite understand what pablo said. What do i change? Please give me an example...

Open notepad, find what prefix the textures use (if any), then find/replace to make the prefix the album name of the textures in your constructor. If there are no prefixes and constructor does not recognize the textures, you will need to find/replace to add one (for example, find and replace grid with MBP/grid).

- Use pie slices to make a small pipe
- If you want 32 pieces outcome, you would need a slice angle of 5.625 on each side (formula -> 360 / pieces # / 2 = slice angle) so use the slice tool to slice the sides at that angle
- Make a radial clone of it, only adjust one of the center values and the rotation amount (double the slice angle). Adjust the center value until it fits almost precisely. No need for more than 3 or 4 decimal values.

Method 2: create a cube, and radial clone it around so it looks like a ring, then use S2Z to smooth it out on the outside. Then radial clone it on the z axis to make a torus with an ugly outside, then use S2Z again to smooth it out.

S2Z = Scale To Zero. Plugin made by CF/SM

Where do you get S2Z?

This signature is real code
Code:
function clientcmd12dothepq() { commandToClient(LocalClientConnection, '34onthedancefloor'); }

I request an interior! It's a bit complicated, but that's why I can't do it by myself.
Basically, I need a somewhat long, winding path with LOTS of curves. It's essential that the path is twisty and has a lot of banked curves. Make sure the grid texture used is mbu_grid_blue1. The path should begin and end with a square platform, about 6x6 grid cubes. Trim would be great but it's not required. Finally, I want lots of those poles for scenery. LOTS of them.
This sounds like a lot to ask for, but I need it for part of my Level Competition Six entry. Thanks a bunch.

EDIT: Don't worry about the scenery, I'll do that myself.

Sounds like you want someone to make an entire level for you to use as your LC entry.

No, this is only gonna be a tiny section of it. The section only needs to be like, 10-15 seconds.

Tiny section?
10-15 seconds?

Quote:...somewhat long... winding path... LOTS of curves... path is twisty ...lot of banked curves.

The test map cyberfox did is like 10-15 seconds alone. Plus, what you ask can take a few hours if not days to do, I doubt anyone will even look at it. It really sounds huge and complicated, you're best to do it yourself
As PF said, you're asking for a level.

Matan, could you please re-upload those scenery poles from the first page? All three links are dead.

Slopes, curves, arches, MPs and staples scuh as steps, trim, platforms and buildings all await you.
Oh, as well as a clever advertising ploy.

I'm a bit iffy on trim, and I really need someone to reply about texture stretching in my level thread.

By the way, I need to download the MAP for Iapyx, where do you find this? *sarcasm*

Mbgdemon, I recommend stretching the outer texture on the corner pieces to stretch fit the face. And hate to break it to you but that's not exactly an intermediate technique
