For MBG .rec is a required proof and has been for the last 3 years. LBs are not sufficient. It's actually possible to cheat LBs pretty easily atm.

I know it's possible to cheat, you can find that anywhere u look on the leaderboards..

I didn't know about the .recs tho. LtSJ was just a fluke, my next best time is 3.06 or something.. Oh well, nevermind then.

BTW people he contacted me on YT and he gave me 18.58 yesterday, so it's all legit.

Also, Kalle, could you get the 3rd decimal of your TTNA time? You can find it in prefs.cs, which is in marble/client . It should appear as
1836X where the X is the 3rd decimal place.

.rec works fine (it's on windows). I can see it going lower though.
reglisian, can you provide .rec proof for any of your WR times? please provide 3rd decimal point as well.
EDIT: checked video, I wouldn't call most of these WRs since there are massive changes between MBG and MBP in some of those levels in terms of start/finish pad heights, rotation of levels/interiors and placement of gems (to be on the ground instead of sunken).
For a MBG WR to be applicable it must be done in MBG and done on .rec.

To get a .rec working in MBG just it in marble/client/demos and then open MBG and let it sit in the main menu screen for 10 seconds or so. What I do is press ESC to get to main menu, then click somewhere on the main menu (to make sure the 10 seconds clock timer start activating) and wait.

I do not seem to be able to view the third decimal, I clicked on the pref.cs and it said that it didn't work, and now I have pref and pref.cs.dso none of which work But the pref.cs is no longer there...

you should be able to open those in notepad. 'pref' might be prefs.cs because windows hides extensions for files (go to folder layout option -> view and change that).
prefs.cs.dso would also give it to you, but a bit harder to read unless you know what you look for

Well, I've tried the original MBG, and it's definitely alot different, will take some time to get used to.

I did hit a 2.95 on Learn the Super Jump, but my .rec messed up.. Oh well, will try for lower.
