A teleport that has a delay time of 23 years and 6 seconds starts as soon as you enter so you have an invisible marble and if you want any chance of beating the level you have to wait the entire 23.0000001902588 years for the teleport to whisk you away to Level 1 of MBG whereupon you must beat all 100 levels in the game without dying and hence are taken to Level 1 of MBP where you must beat every Ultimate Time in the game with reversed controls, a blackened out camera and only 1 attempt per level.

You can't jump and when you roll you go into the level and you can't push escape because you're too angry.
